Do You Do Custom Work?
Yes, we do! We will be happy to make you a custom flag hair bow or bow tie, shirt or decal design. Don't see your flag yet available in our shop? Just contact us with your idea and we can see if it will work. Note: Some flag designs are difficult to turn into hair bows, bow ties, decals, shirts or party supplies, so we may or may not be able to pull it off but we will certainly try.
When Will My Order Ship?
In stock items will ship within 1-3 days. Handmade items (hair accessories, bow ties, vinyl-pressed shirts, ect.) and custom items (decals) will ship within 3-5 days.
We ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate. Priority and Overnight options are also available.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are happy to ship all around the world. International orders may incur additional charges that you are responsible for paying. Our invoice to you does not reflect these charges. The additional charges you will be required to pay are the V.A.T. and a brokerage charge to USPS. If you have any questions regarding the amount of the charges, please contact your local USPS representative.
Once we drop off your package at our local post office, we no longer have control over the delivery of your package and its speed of delivery. If you fear your package is lost or taking longer to arrive than normal, please contact USPS. QXP Shop is unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact QXP Shop by email for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance, we cannot replace your items.
Wrong Address Entered
Please verify your address before completing order!! Reships are not granted due to the wrong address being entered. If you do enter the wrong address please be sure that you alert us before your order ships. Once your order has shipped we are no longer able to make changes. In the event that the wrong address does slip through the cracks you have the following options:
1. Contact the USPS and see if you can intercept the package before it is delivered or arrange for it to be picked up by the mail carrier.
2. If the address does not exist, you can wait for it to be returned to our office. Once it is returned you have the option to pay additional shipping (current shipping rate) and have it mailed back to you with an updated address.
Refund and Exchanges
Return and Exchange Details
If a customer would like to request a refund or exchange they must do so in writing by within fourteen (14) days after receiving your shipment. Tracking numbers provide documentation as to when a package is delivered, and this is the date used for all refund and exchange requests. Refund and exchange requests made after fourteen (14) business days are not eligible and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of this policy prior to purchase.
QXP Shop requires the customer to return the original purchase with which they are unsatisfied and a refund decision will be rendered upon receipt. QXP Shop reserves the right to deny a refund request should the original piece either not be returned, or returned in unsatisfactory condition consistent with damages sustained by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping for refunds.
Due to the personal nature of custom orders, refunds and exchanges are not available for custom orders. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been personalized or include more than one national flag.
