QXP Shop is happy to accept payment through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Payment is expected at the time of order, but if you have any difficulty with the checkout process, please feel free to message me directly.
Work on orders will begin after payment clears. If a payment does not clear within four (4) business days of order, QXP Shop reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
If you purchase a custom order, the creation of your product will not begin until that payment clears. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide all payment at the time of invoice; otherwise, the transaction will be canceled.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using this option. When you are ready to check out, choose the PayPal option and follow the prompts to use this service as a guest. If you have any questions during this process, please refer to PayPal.com and their Help section for more information.
QXP Shop ships using USPS and all orders are provided with both insurance and a tracking number. Once you place an order, and your payment clears, you will receive an email confirmation message from us when your order ships that include the tracking information.
In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local USPS office to file a formal report, as QXP Shop is not responsible for shipping delays or losses as we do not handle the product directly once it is surrendered to the postal system. We do, however, care about your experience, and are available to help you through this process in the unlikely event it should be needed.
Shipping upgrades are available but must be discussed prior to purchase of an item. If you are interested in a shipping upgrade, please message us directly for more information.
Our products are shipped First Class USPS unless USPS Priority is selected.
QXP Shop recognizes that sometimes customers will wish to request refunds or exchanges, and we are always available to discuss your concerns with you. Refunds and Exchange requests are all considered on an individual basis.
If a customer would like to request a refund or exchange they must do so in writing in conversation within ten (10) days after receiving your shipment. Tracking numbers provide documentation as to when a package is delivered, and this is the date used for all refund and exchange requests. Refund and exchange requests made after ten (10) business days are not eligible and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of this policy prior to purchase.
QXP Shop requires the customer to return the original purchase with which they are unsatisfied and a refund decision will be rendered upon receipt. QXP Shop reserves the right to deny a refund request should the original piece either not be returned, or returned in an unsatisfactory condition consistent with damages sustained by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping for refunds.
Due to the personal nature of custom orders, refunds and exchanges are not available for custom orders. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been personalized or include more than one national flag.
